Frank has an academic education and vocational training from Europe, where he worked for an elite professional institution restoring historical buildings (including castles, cathedrals and objects protected by UNESCO) in Central Europe. Frank settled in Northern California in 1986 and joined a renowned artist Mike Bondy's shop in Oakland. After a following co-op with Jim Austin (Alchemy Metalworks), Frank founded his own company in 2001 and has produced architectural elements (including gates, railings, fences, etc.) and fine arts objects ever since.
